Calibration gauge for windscreens

Some of the latest vehicle models have no external top trim fitted to the windscreen and incorrect positioning of the glass in the vehicle aperture may result in wind noise. Furthermore, vehicles equipped with head-up-display require the windscreen to be fitted precisely to the correct depth in the vehicle aperture for the image to appear clear and not distorted (e. g. double image etc.). Therefore the windscreen has to be installed to a precise dimension if to avoid all these potential problems and this can be achieved by using our calibration gauge, so that you can determine the exact depth from glass to aperture as per the original manufacturer's specifications.
