PMA/TOOLS Body clearance feeler gauge

The PMA/TOOLS body clearance feeler gauge is used to measure the clearance. This tool offers the possibility to position the new windscreen precisely using gauges ranging from 2-12 mm.

The advantages of following the correct body clearance measurements during the windscreen fitting are:

•  wind noise as well as tension in the glass can be avoided
• add-on parts such as water panel mouldings or trims can be mounted precisely
• elimination of system error messages and no re-calibration of camera-based support systems, e. g. Lane Departure Warning (LDW) or Brake Assist Systems (BAS)
